A Tulle gras (soft paraffin based) impregnated gauze dressing
Soothes and protects the wound and allows free passage of viscous exudate
Soothing and low-adherent which allows the wound to drain freely into an absorbent secondary dressing
Made from open weave gauze that has interlocking threads which minimises fraying when the dressing is cut to shape
Also suitable for donor and recipient graft sites skin loss wounds lacerations abrasions and leg ulcers.”
