Relief Reusable hot/ cold Pack

Reusable hot/cold therapy pack to help soothe muscular discomfort and help to reduce swelling and bruising.

The hot pack will assist in increasing circulation, with temporary relief to muscle aches, back pain, sinusitis or menstrual cramps.

The cold pack will assist in temporarily reducing swelling, toothache, headache and fever.

HOT PACK
Temporary relief of muscle aches, sprains, and strains.
Back pain.
Menstrual cramps.
Sinusitis.

HOT PACK INSTRUCTIONS

HOT WATER
Bring water to the boil; remove from heat and immerse the hot/cold pack for approx 4-10 minutes. Check after the first 4 mins, then every 1 minute until the correct temperature has been reached.

MICROWAVE
Adjust times to suit the power of your microwave according to the microwave manufacturers instructions.

600W – 30seconds
700W – 20seconds
800W+ – 10seconds

1. Place the Relief hot/cold pack flat in the microwave oven.
2. Remove the pack. check for any splits or leakages, knead to distribute the heat.

COLD PACK USES

Temporary relief of headache.Toothache. Reduces fever.

COLD PACK INSTRUCTIONS
FREEZER

To freeze, place the pack flat in the freezer for no longer than 1 hour.

Do not apply directly to skin.
