Three ventilation modes:
CMV: A mandatory inflation is initiated according to the set parameters
TVM: An inflation is initiated according to the set parameters only if triggered
by the patient
A/CV: The inflation is assured to be initiated at intervals determined by the set
rate, unless initiated by an earlier patient-trigger event
